By accessing or using Context (contextfor.me), you agree to these Terms of Service. Context is operated by Caitlin Reilly trading as In Cahoots (ABN, sole trader, Australia). If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the service.
Context is a browser-based campaign management tool designed for music and culture marketers. It helps you plan campaigns, manage budgets, track milestones, build briefs, pull data from your marketing platforms, and get AI-powered guidance — all in one place.
Core features include: campaign brief builder, budget tracker with show-level breakdowns, timeline and milestone planner, countdown to event date, talent roster, file/asset link manager, hours and time tracking, campaign updates log, wrap reports, run-home planner, branded PDF exports, clipboard/scratch pad, and an AI assistant (Ask Context).
Context also offers integrations with Spotify for Artists, Meta Ads, Google (YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Drive, Google Sheets), Eventbrite, Harvest, and ticketing partners (Moshtix, Oztix, Humanitix via CSV/PDF import). Nine campaign templates are available as starting points across touring, festivals, venues, cinema, comedy, arts, labels, not-for-profit, and agency use cases.
Some features require an account. You can sign up using email, magic link, or Google OAuth (all handled via Supabase). You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You're responsible for:
Some tools in Context are available for free without an account — the Naming generator, UTM/link builder (with short links via the cntxt.link domain), Calendar export tool, and Timezone converter. These tools work locally in your browser, don't require an account, and don't store your data. They're genuinely free with no strings attached.
We also offer a free plan that requires an account but no payment. Free tools and free plan features may change at our discretion.
New users get a 30-day free trial of paid features. No credit card is required to start. When your trial ends, your account will either convert to a paid subscription (if you've added payment details) or downgrade to the free plan. You won't be charged without opting in.
Context currently offers two paid plans:
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Plans and pricing may change — we'll give you notice before any changes affect your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
There are no cancellation fees. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
We trust our users to be reasonable. Please don't:
Context includes an AI assistant ("Ask Context") powered by Claude (Anthropic) with OpenAI embeddings. The AI draws from a knowledge base of general music marketing resources — it does not access or learn from your campaign data.
When you connect an integration, you authorise Context to access your data on that platform via read-only access. We do not modify, write to, or delete data on your connected accounts. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings.
We're not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services. If Spotify's API goes down, we can't pull your listener data — that's on them, not us. Integration connections are available with any paid plan at no additional cost.
Context provides nine campaign templates (Touring, Festivals, Venue, Cinema, Comedy, Arts, Labels, Not-for-Profit, Agency) as starting points. Templates are provided as-is — you're responsible for customising them to suit your specific needs.
By signing up for an account, you agree to receive transactional emails including welcome emails, trial reminders, and weekly digests. These are sent via Resend. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.
Your data is yours. Campaign briefs, budgets, project names, dates, notes — everything you put into Context belongs to you. We don't claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. That's it.
The Context platform — including its source code, compiled code, design, user interface, branding, documentation, algorithms, data structures, and all related materials — is the exclusive property of In Cahoots and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
These restrictions survive the termination of your account or these terms.
Context is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee:
We don't currently offer a formal SLA, but we take uptime seriously and fix issues as quickly as we can.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, In Cahoots is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Context. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know via email or an in-app notification. Continuing to use Context after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
