Context is a monthly subscription with a free trial. We don't do refunds for partial months, but we're reasonable people — if something's genuinely wrong, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of paid features. No credit card required. If you don't love it, just let the trial expire — you won't be charged a cent, and your account will downgrade to the free plan automatically.
Context subscriptions (Starter at $19/month AUD, Pro at $49/month AUD) are billed monthly through Stripe. Because our plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contract, we don't offer refunds for partial months.
When you pay for a month, you get that full month of access. Simple as that.
All paid plans include the full suite of Context features at no additional cost:
There are no add-ons, usage-based charges, or hidden fees. Your subscription covers everything.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Here's how it works:
Your data stays intact after cancellation. We don't delete anything unless you ask us to.
If you've been charged incorrectly — duplicate charge, wrong amount, charged after cancelling — please contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it. Billing mistakes happen, and we'll make them right.
We understand that sometimes things come up. If you have a genuine reason for requesting a refund that doesn't fit neatly into the categories above, reach out to us. We'll consider refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We're a small business run by a real person — we'll be fair.
You've got two options:
We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
All billing is handled by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification. If you need to update your payment method, you can do so through Stripe's secure customer portal from your account settings.
